Baritone saxophone mouthpiece extension.
Do you use a newish mouthpiece with an older sax and can you only push the mouthpiece 1/2" onto the neck before things start getting too sharp? A m.p. extension can solve your problem. Here are some photos of a baritone sax mouthpiece extension I made.
